Non-Obtrusive Pipe and Drain Lining Service In Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Hertfordshire
Drain Heroes’ Drain Lining Service is a proven, respected method of placing a new pipe within an existing damaged pipe, without the need for excavation, and therefore with minimal disruption.
The new pipe liner material will be superior in quality and strength to the pipe which it lines. Our engineers will mould the new liner inside the damaged pipe, ensuring that it fits tightly against the wall of the existing pipe.
Once installed, the new pipe will become rigid, resulting in a strong and durable pipe that is marginally smaller in diameter than the original – meaning there is hardly any impact on water flow.
Our expert drainage experts are available today to respond quickly to your reported problems – to ensure minimal inconvenience for both you or your business.

What Types Of Lining Do We Use?
Structural Soft Felt Lining
Cut to length sleeve that is inflated inside the drain pipe and cured in place. Used for straight drain runs with multiple defects and to be installed from manhole or open excavation access.
Structural Patch Lining
Pre-cut lengths, usually 600mm or 1000mm, positioned to repair isolated damage within a straight drain run.
Brawolining
Cut to length sleeve that is ideal for a drain run with bends due to its flexibility.

Drain Lining FAQs
Drain lining can be used for repairs covering a wide range of different sizes drains and pipes.
Typically drains and sewers with a diameter between 100mm – 225mm, ambient cured liner (dependant on length) can be used. For larger drains and sewers with a diameter up to 1200mm, heat cured lining provides an excellent solution. This makes lining an incredibly versatile tool to suit a range of different cracks or defects in the pipes.
There are several benefits to drain relining over excavation and replacing a pipe. Firstly, due to the reduced need for disruptive digging, pipe lining is more suitable for most households. It minimises the need for any trench work and is a quicker, more cost-effective method of drain repair.
